"At the Three Ostriches" is one of the best known and well-run hotel cum restaurants in Prague and began life over 400 years ago as the home of a famous and well-to-do ostrich-feather merchant. These days the spot has a special, intimate feel specializing mainly in Czech and continental cuisine, including Beef Goulash and Bread Dumplings, Roast Pork with Sauerkraut and Dumplings and Beefsteak with Green Peppers.
