On summer evenings, a free performing arts festival here draws hundreds of picnicking spectators. Bring along your own food and drinks and join them on the grass. The Richmond Ballet, bands and theater groups perform. A spectacular Fourth of July fireworks display is the highlight of the festival. Review © 2007, Wcities |
