Food and famous faces |
8196 Atlee Rd Richmond, VA 23116 United States +1 804 730 6463 |
The owners of this restaurant have a family-oriented radio show on Richmond's WRVA (1140) station. The Celebrity Room is a fun, family environment that caters to children. Photographs of celebrities the owners have met in and through their radio work adorn the walls. A great number of them are autographed. Although the walls are the main attraction here, the delicious, large, specialty pizzas with fresh toppings come in a close second. The Celebrity Room also serves breakfast. Review © 2007, Wcities |

Established in 1929, Julian's has been a family tradition in Richmond for over 75 years. The restaurant is bright and casual with a small bar area in addition to its dining room. Family recipes and melt-in-your-mouth homemade bread make Julian's cosy and welcoming. Delicious seafood and steaks are offered in addition to traditional Italian dishes. Monstrous calzones and unbelievable pizza are served here as well. Review © 2007, Wcities |

This bright, airy restaurant is family-oriented and is a great place to broaden your child's taste buds. There is something to catch their eye at every turn—shelves of imported foods in brightly colored packages or vibrant wall decorations. The staff is very friendly. The menu includes authentic Cuban roast pork (as an entree or on a sandwich) and three kinds of paella. This is also the only place in Richmond that has Cuban coffee. A small Cuban market is contained in the restaurant. Review © 2007, Wcities |

Old neighborhood tradition |
5704 Grove Ave Richmond, VA 23226 United States +1 804 288 8687 |
Phil's has been serving drinks and good food since the 1930s. Not too far from Windsor Farms, Richmond's most elegant neighborhood, this restaurant is a great place to stop for drinks while shopping or touring museums. It is also a fun place to unwind after work. Try a vodka limeade, Phil's signature drink. Burgers and sandwiches are served with crunchy onion rings or crispy, light fries. You will feel very comfortable eating or drinking in this Richmond landmark. Review © 2007, Wcities |
