Bogart's is a comfortable, casual neighborhood 'speakeasy' where students and professionals gather over drinks or dinner. Located in the historic Fan district, it is a convenient place to stop after visiting nearby museums or enjoying a walking tour of the area. Bogart's has a well-rounded beer selection and the food is very good. The juicy steak is one of the highlights of the traditional American menu. Bogart's also has live music. A jazz and blues club is open in the back room on Friday and Saturday nights. Review © 2007, Wcities |

Cabo's looks quiet and quaint but this place hums each night with great live music. Enjoy delicious food while listening to blues, pop or classic rock played by popular local musicians. Appetizers include a lobster and crab cake with watercress and wasabi-lime mayonnaise or delicate shrimp and foie gras wontons over Asian slaw with citrus sauce. Entrees like Seared Sea Scallops with Celeriac Puree and Rosemary and Garlic Roasted Rack of Lamb with Spiced Yogurt Sauce will delight your taste buds and give you the strength you need to do a little dancing after dinner! Close your eyes as you dine and you can almost hear the trumpeting of elephants and the cries of exotic birds. Farouk's is just that authentic. It is the oldest and one of the best Indian restaurants in the city. Located in Carytown, it is convenient to shopping, bars and the Byrd, Richmond's palatial movie theater. Dark and romantic, it is a great place to have private conversations with someone special. The menu features traditional Indian food, including favorites like Tandoori Chicken and exotic curries. Fun and festive |
1601 Park Ave Richmond, VA 23220 United States +1 804 355 8817 |
This bright, airy restaurant is family-oriented and is a great place to broaden your child's taste buds. There is something to catch their eye at every turn—shelves of imported foods in brightly colored packages or vibrant wall decorations. The staff is very friendly. The menu includes authentic Cuban roast pork (as an entree or on a sandwich) and three kinds of paella. This is also the only place in Richmond that has Cuban coffee. A small Cuban market is contained in the restaurant. Review © 2007, Wcities |
