100 Presepi is produced by the Roman Council and the Vatican: it is a rare opportunity for the public to visit the breathtaking Palazzo Ruspoli in the Piazza del Popolo and (most notably), for them to see the Sala del Bramante (Bramante's room), named in honour of its celebrated creator. The mangers exhibited are made by craftsmen: those on display are mangers in the traditional design. There are also mangers dating back to the period between 1500-1700, the golden age of this particular craft. Admission is free.
