Traditional trattoria in the Testaccio zone. This was the site of Rome's principal abattoir up until a few years ago. The menu has strong ties with traditional Roman cuisine and offers dishes such as animelle and mussels with mushrooms, stew with celery, as well as Roman delicacies of tripe, offal and oxtail.
