A typically Roman establishment, situated near the Campo dei Fiori since the end of the 19th century, and is now run with warmth and cordiality by Nazareno. La Balestrari, made with mozzarella, fresh tomatoes and basil, is a pizza well worth trying. There are many traditional Roman dishes such as Carbonara, L'amatriciana, and wonderful fried dishes.
