Very accessible, as it is located near Stazione Termini, this restaurant has been around for more than 50 years and its cooking is based on a love of mushrooms and fish. Try the excellent seafood starters: Fusilli with Clams, Tagliatelle Mare e Monti, Salt-encrusted Turbot with Porcini mushrooms or with artichokes. The desserts are delicious with Millefoglie, Crème Brulée, Lemon Pie and many others. Rumour has it that the Italian song "Volare" by Modugno was inspired by the cooking in this restaurant.
