Historic restaurant in the Roman tradition, which bears the founder's surname. Rustic interior in a simple environment. Very good Spaghetti alla Moro and many meat dishes from Abbachio to Manzo alla Checca. If you visit during the appropriate season, don't miss out on the truffle and porcini mushroom dishes. Good wine-list.
