This is a piece of the Caribbean in the centre of Rome, complete with beaches and palm trees. Lots of tropical music helps the customers ease into the small hours. Tex-Mex food with Texas steaks and Mexican tacos are offered alongside all kinds of salads as well as Caribbean specialities.
