Alberto runs an 'old style' Central European restaurant which has the atmosphere of a traditional brewery, right in the heart of Rome. Among the Austrian and Hungarian specialities you'll find dishes such as Canederli with speck, polenta with venison, Knödel in broth, Spätzle, goulash, pork with sauerkraut, frankfurter, and boiled, smoked shank.
