He has created at least 20 varieties of Supplì (stuffed rice croquettes)to be enjoyed while waiting for your pizza and you can be sure of finding your own favourite. There are many types of pizza and you can of course order your own fillings: pizza with salmon or shrimps or bottarga (roe)if you like seafood; 'pizza mare e monti' for those who are undecided; pizza with grilled vegetables for vegetarians; pizza with sausages and onions for lovers of strong flavours, and hot if you want it that way; pizza with pesto if you like innovation; but there are also sweet pizzas - with nutella, with mascarpone cheese and cocoa powder, with ricotta and chocolate - as well as the standards like margherita, four seasons and capricciosa.
