This sincere pizzeria in Trastevere, friendly and cheerful, has good table service and places some of its tables outside as soon as good weather emerges. The pizza dough is made from Canadian flour; choose from thin and crispy crusts (alla romana) or soft, thick and chewy ones (alla napoletana). There are also fish dishes and other traditional Roman recipes. Danish beer on draught.
