Popular with politicians who drop by on their way to and from nearby Montecitorio Palace, this traditional café's relaxed surroundings are also the ideal spot from which to watch the world go by while sipping on a deliciously frothy coffee. Snacks, sandwiches and hot dishes are on the menu, but best of all is the café's mouth-watering range of ice creams. Its tastefully decorated tearoom is a favourite refuge in winter.
