While most visitors and travelers would restrict themselves to the beaten path of sightseeing, here's something than can really enrich one's Italian sojourn. The International Wine Academy of Roma gives anyone who's enthusiastic and adventurous a chance to enroll in a wine tasting course. Spread across four levels, ranging from the beginner to the advanced, the course helps broaden ones' horizons about not only European Wines but World Vintages too. The classes being just once a week, for no longer than 2 months, it's ideal for those on a sabbatical or an extended stay in the region.
