Fish, cooked simply but well, abound here: risotto alla marinara, fish soup, linguine allo scoglio, spaghetti with clams and various types of steamed or baked fish with herbs or salt. Other Mediterranean dishes such as ravioli with ricotta cheese and spinach are excellent.
