This restaurant is on the first floor of the Hotel Majestic and is a major point of pride for the hotel. It is furnished in true Art Nouveau style with light colors. The service is highly professional. The creative cuisine has all the hallmarks of Mediterranean cooking - all the work of Chef Francesco Franceschini. The menu includes Prawns in Golden Pastry served with a Vegetable Side-Salad and Sesame Sauce, Cavatelli Pasta with Stewed Octopus and Mediterranean Vegetables, Squid with a Seafood and Pine Nuts stuffing, stewed in a Pachino Tomato Sauce, and Stewed Celery and Turnip. Good cheeses, desserts and wine-list. And if you have stuffed yourself a bit too much with food, worry not - a technogym with the latest cardiovascular equipment is open all day and night.
