This restaurant offers excellent traditional homemade Caribbean cooking in a lively and colourful setting that recalls the Colombia di Marquez coastal area. The skilled chef is Donelia Martinez. The hors d'oeuvres are very good and, in particular, the 'Patacon', Fried Plantain with Avocado Cream, the Empanadas, and Arepas with Cheese. Original dishes include 'Pavo' with Orange and Pineapple Juice, Turkey with Orange, Pineapple and Mango, 'Pabellon Criollo', Veal with Beans, Rice and Plantain, 'Lomo' in a Black Sauce, Braised Beef with Cane Sugar Sauce and Rice, Plantain and Lentils, King-size Prawns with Coconut, and 'Isla Flotante' meringue cakes for dessert.
