Great restaurant with pleasant Art Nouveau furnishings and with courteous, attentive service. Angelo Iezzi, head waiter offers specialities of Pugliese cuisine, with an eye always on the new. Specialities and flavours peculiar to Pugliese cooking include Lampascioni con la cicoria (vegetables) and fave a purè, Sformato di riso alla barese, chickpeas and fried pasta, Tagliolini neri (pasta with black sauce) or gnocchi and courgettes. Among the desserts the Cestino tartufato can't be missed. Fixed menu is available.
