An elegant, refined but typically Roman setting where you can eat Capitoline specialities, albeit with some original touches. The traditional dishes are excellent, such as tripe, dried salted cod, and the cheese and pepper salad. The homemade desserts are not to be missed. There is an extensive wine-list.
