This restaurant is right in the centre and you need to take into account the fact that it is hard to find parking but is nevertheless worth the effort. The restaurant is rustic and a wrought iron gate divides the room in two. As you are waiting to order you will notice the many bottles on the long shelves that line the walls. You must try the Bombolotti all'Amatriciana and the more traditional foods such as the Coda Alla Vaccinara,' the 'Coratella' with artichokes, the cod or the 'Pajata' which can only be savored on cold Saturday nights.
