This pizzeria blends traditional technique with modern flair. There are lighter meals, with soy pizzas, faux-meat, sugarless desserts. There are also Roman and Neapolitan pizzas, with mozzarella, porcini mushrooms, tuna, onion. Chicken, turkey, beef sandwiches, various side dishes. Overall there is an abundance of choice that you won't find at every pizza joint. There's a fixed lunchtime menu as well.
