Chef Massimo Riccioli cooks with great professionalism and the restaurant is always full. The menu at La Rosetta changes according to the season and the chef's imagination. They serve raw seafood dishes, marinated like squid with ginger and French beans. The first course offerings, such as spaghetti with prawns, basil and breadcrumbs are particularly good.
