This restaurant is much appreciated by Romans and foreigners who come to stay at the nearby Cavalieri Hilton Rome. The menu is typically Italian with some Roman delicacies thrown in, though recreated with a less fattening touch. In season you will find puntarelle with anchovies, excellent fresh vegetables and a variety of tasty first course dishes. There is a choice of grilled meats and fish cooked in salt. The desserts are classic and there is a range of ice cream in summer. A pleasant interior with quick service, the atmosphere is intimate and peaceful.
