If you like authentic Italian cooking, this is the place for you. Fine game dishes are available during the hunting season, for example, Tagliatelle with Wild Boar Sauce, Pappardelle with Hare, Maltagliati with Goat Sauce. Second courses include Pheasant with Juniper, and Duck Marinated in Balsamic Vinegar, with excellent mushrooms available during the autumn. The desserts are made on the premises. The interior is decorated in sienna colours and has a typical Tuscan friendliness. During the summer it is possible to eat outdoors.
