In a simple, pleasant interior, a family from Fujian offers a genuine, delicate and tasty cuisine, very different from the usual proposals. There is a very wide choice and, along with the traditional Chinese dishes, very tasty specialities include the Buddha Platter, a mixture of vegetables and fresh fruit, and the Emperor Platter, crisp rice with prawns and vegetables.
