There is an intimate, elegant atmosphere at this restaurant, the windows of which afford a view of the park. The professional skill and professionalism of Angelo Boi, who runs Paganini and the Gallura, have made the venue an ideal place in which to try the fish specialities of Mediterranean cuisine. The chef adds his own creative touches along with references to Sardinian tradition: recipes include Salmon in an Orange Marinade, Tonnarelli Pasta with Aubergines and Seafood, Maltagliati Pasta with Pecorino Cheese, Broccoli and Clams, and Pasta and Chickpeas with Truffles and Squid.
