The gym is modern, with complete free-weight rooms, and a wide array of Nautilus equipment to work virtually every significant muscle group in your body. In addition to StairMasters, treadmills and rowing machines, the gym offers many different classes to tune up your cardio-vascular system. These include aerobics, kickboxing and yoga classes.
