The atmosphere is carefree and the decor is traditional Moroccan. Diners are seated on big fluffy pillows, on the floor, around low tables. The five-course meals include tea and a Moroccan pastry. Waiters, dressed in traditional Moroccan attire, serve each course in a ceremonial manner. Pastilla, a crispy sugar-dusted pastry filled with aromatic ground meats and egg is one of many entrees. The menu offers a selection of soups, salads, vegetarian dishes, grill items and specialty entrees. Although the Oasis features its own microbrew beers and ales, it also has a full-service bar. Monday and Tuesday nights are "All-You-Can-Eat BBQ Pork Ribs" for USD14.95. The Sunday buffet consists of typical brunch cuisine. Banquet rooms are available and can accommodate 40 people.
