Enjoy a drink in this casual bar |
2015 San Pedro Ave San Antonio, TX 78212 United States +1 210 733 3365 http://www.2015place.com |
The 2015 is a friendly neighborhood bar in the Monte Vista district that sports an almost exclusively lesbian/gay clientele. It has pool tables, a small dance floor and multiple nightly drink specials. The 2015 is a great place to start the evening before heading off to a restaurant or club, as well as a place to go have a drink without having to deal with the lounge or pick-up scene. Dance (most of) the night away in downtown |
411 Bonham St San Antonio, TX 78205 United States +1 210 271 3811 http://www.bonhamexchange.net/ |
The Bonham Exchange, simply known as "The Bonham," is a large and popular nightclub a couple of blocks away from Rivercenter Mall. Although the Bonham still primarily sees itself as a lesbian/gay club, times have changed, and the club now boasts a more diverse clientele. Dance on one of the club's three dance floors and when you are hot and tired, enjoy a drink on the patio. If you are hungry, you can usually find someone selling tacos or hamburgers. There is a small room between the first and second floors of the main dance floor with newspapers, flyers and other information about the lesbian/gay community. Review © 2007, Wcities |

Coffee, wine and sinful desserts |
3011 N St. Mary's St San Antonio, TX 78212 United States +1 210 738 0099 |
If you don't love sinful desserts, delicious coffee and fine wines, then perhaps you should choose another place. Otherwise, enjoy them all while curled up on a big comfy couch, poised at an antique table, or relaxing on a shaded patio. This coffeehouse and wine bar is one of the best kept secrets in the city. As is common in this part of town, Candlelight draws a mixed crowd. For a conservative city, this establishment is decidedly gay friendly. Review © 2007, Wcities |
