Downtown Carlsbad hosts this mini-cafe, which offers an odd combination of ice cream treats and health-conscious entrees. Ice cream delights include sundaes, made with Dreyers ice cream, and fountain specialties. Try an Oreo Milkshake or a Root Beer Float. On the healthy side, this spot has a short list of salads and sandwiches. Consider the Veggie Burrito (organic beans and rice, cheese, avocado and salsa, served in a warm tortilla).
