A stay at this relaxed, Hacienda-style hotel may conjure what it must have been like to live in an early Mexican compound. At the center of activity is the courtyard, where lush gardens invite you to lounge or stroll though winding tiled pathways. Central to the courtyard area is the clattering of dishes being served on the patio from Miguel's Cocina on site.
