The inviting warmth of the Southwest is attractively expressed in this spacious venue overseen by Executive Chef Hanis Cavin. There is a wide variety of thoughtfully prepared entrees. A sure-fire winner is the Dakota Chicken, a rotisserie-roasted half-chicken glazed with an orange-chipotle sauce. There is an extensive wine list as well.
