When first encountering this small shop, located in downtown Carlsbad, guests will notice the blue and white wreaths in the front window, along with blue tea-kettles. The shop features Danish decor, atmosphere and most importantly, baked goods. Pastry Chef Lone Jensen creates specialties from scratch recipes and displays her finished products in a large glass case. Choose from cookies, cupcakes, bread, rolls and full cakes.
