This lake is a favorite spot for fishing, boating and water-skiing. Fishing fees are USD4 for adults and USD2 for children ages 8-15. The lake is known for prime catch in crappie, as well as catfish in the summer and bass in the spring. Launching a boat costs only USD5, and the 20 to 35 mph speed limit is strictly enforced. Rental boats (motorboats and rowboats) are also available. Although swimming is not permitted at this lake, water-skiers may take advantage of this reservoir from May through October, Friday through Sunday. Review © 2009, Wcities |
