Every year during December, The Wild Animal Park has been dazzling guests with this event. A Christmas-time phenomenon, the festival runs nightly from December 6-23, takes a break for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, then finishes up from December 26-30. Fun to be had includes displays with more than 100,000 holiday lights, views of real reindeer, holiday-themed music, light sculptures with animal themes and craft shows. A novelty for San Diegans is the sledding hill—a real adventure in Southern California. So, come join the crowds and enjoy the holiday spirit. Review © 2009, Wcities
