Tucked away inside a strip mall, this restaurant is easily missed by most tourists. Yet, those 'in the know' frequent this restaurant for its authentic Mandarin, Szechwan and Cantonese cuisine. Customers walk past a large fish tank to enter the dining area, which is small and cozy, with pictures of Chinese calligraphy to honor ancient traditions. The Chef's Specialties are customer favorites. Consider Szechwan Scallops and Shrimp served with water chestnuts, green onions, bamboo shoots and mushrooms.
