Located in the Cleveland National Forest, this trail is a short, minimally rigorous course, making it ideal for children and hikers who want a relaxed experience. The trail takes you on a half-mile loop, reaching an elevation of approximately 3,200 feet with views of the San Diego River below. Guidebooks are available at the head of the trail offering descriptions of the vegetation seen along the route.
