In the midst of a Carlsbad shopping center, located between several chain restaurants, is this hidden treasure. The deli utilizes minimalist decor, with large windows and several wooden tables. A large display case holds giant cinnamon rolls, croissants and other fresh-baked goodies. For breakfast, there are over 20 varieties of stone-oven bagels, fresh-made daily. Try the Breakfast Bagel Omelette (flattened bagel topped with a bacon or sausage omelette).
