In downtown's La Mesa Village, you will find many events taking place depending on the day and the season. During the Spring time you'll find an open-air farmer's market taking place every Friday from 3p to 6p. Come down with the family and pick up some fresh fruits, vegetables, live plants and flowers, breads, preserves, organics, and much more to indulge in. The size of the produce is remarkable compared to supermarkets, and the vibrant colors jump at you from each booth. Some vendors also offer unique crafts to check out.
