Located in the Victorian-era Louis Bank of Commerce Building (the previous tenants included gunslinger Wyatt Earp's saloon), this restaurant is owned by former San Diego mayor and talk show host Roger Hedgecock. But can he cook? No need to worry. Television's "Chef Larry" Banares is handling the cuisine, which mixes Roger's mother's favorites along with Larry's own "San Diego Cuisine," resulting in a localized Pacific Rim menu with Yankee overtones.
