This archaeological repository features small exhibits exploring the past of San Diego, especially its Indian heritage. Visitors enjoy shows that offer glimpses of the region's Indian culture, which first emerged in the San Diego area about 10,000 years ago. The present exhibit includes a diorama and objects discovered by Malcolm Rogers in 1919. The center is technically wheelchair accessible, but viewing the cases is a bit cumbersome. Admission is free.
