The atmosphere is fun and friendly with great customer service, and you can always try the facilities for free if you are not sure. No pressure or hassle, the staff just helps where you need it. The gym offers everything from a cardio and free weight center, to circuit and personal training, to racquetball and aerobics, to massage, tanning, a Jacuzzi, pool, sauna and steam room.
