Ride an old-fashioned elevator to the top floor of the La Valencia Hotel and you will find this classic restaurant. Holding only 12 tables, the establishment is covered in royal colors of gold and red, complemented by white linens. Of course, most guests are mesmerized by the incredible view overlooking La Jolla Cove. While the restaurant's menu consistently evolves with cutting edge specialties, diners may enjoy some traditional culinary favorites.
