Someday soon, owners of this motel property may want to consider an update or remodel, but in the meantime, they must be doing something right. This modest motel is booked weeks in advance. Right on the beach, and directly behind a shopping center with restaurants and boutiques, rooms here are plain but tidy and those on upper floors have terrific Pacific views.
