There is lots on offer here. The Visitor's Center provides detailed information about natural processes involving estuaries and watersheds, flora and fauna and estuarine ecology. For bird-watching, you can visit the North and South McCoy trails at Tijuana River. At the Southern end of the estuary, in Border Field State Park, you can find Equestrian trails. Call in advance to check for rough weather. Bird Walks, Nature Walks, Nature Films and Coastal Decision Maker Workshops are few amongst the many attractions offered by this reserve.
