This lively and friendly Mexican restaurant has to work hard to overcome an odd location on top of an older motel and next to a busy street, but once visitors find it they come back time and again. The traditional complimentary chips and salsa are so good that you must remind yourself to save room for the entree. Combination plates are popular, such as the Shredded-Beef Taco Plate or the Chicken Enchilada Plate. A full bar is available; try a Margarita or one of the numerous brands of Mexican beer.
