This rose and azure eatery is the spot to grab cutting edge Japanese fusion cuisine. Equal attention is taken in the preparation of the food and its presentation. A plate of savory garlic mussels, for example, becomes a bivalve bouquet. Sushi is the star here and the selection ranges from classic Tuna Nigiri to the house special Biiru Biru Roll that combines salmon, garlic and vegetables with a sweet garlic sauce.
