This is the only place in town where you can get a fig, saffron or soft pink rose ice cream in a waffle cone. Reason enough to stop in, and the only reason many of the Roxie Theater crowd do, but this unique purveyor or ice cream also offers chaat (snacks). Great when you are in a hurry, these are tasty potato, lentil and garbanzo-stuffed dumplings and other fried treats. The food is satisying and really, really cheap. Review © 2009, Wcities |
