This French cafe is one of the best rendezvous spots in the city. Share a bottle of wine, a crock of Onion Soup and several very suggestive glances with the partner of your choice. Of course, if food is on your mind, there are plenty of options. Try the Seafood Gratin or the Cassoulet.
